We at the balance party believe every individual should have equal access to their constitutional rights, and that these rights are fully and appropriately enforced. Some of our views are listed below:

Abortion
Abortion should be illegal. An infant's life matters just as much as any other humans'. All human life has its own individual rights, and the ambitions' and self-interests' of another does not negate those rights.

Equal Taxes
No matter in wealth or poverty, we believe that taxes should be the same for every citizen in the United States.

Gun control
Every citizen should be able to exercise, without discrimination and the threat of violence, their right to own and use a firearm. The only exception to this being that we must enforce a stricter background check before they are allowed to purchase a gun.

Free Religion
Every individual should be able to exercise their constitutional rights regarding free religion, no matter what belief they hold.

Animal Abuse
The abuse of animals should be abolished in America. We want to ensure safer conditions for animals whether they be in food services or testing centers.

Death Penalty
The death penalty should not be enacted. Inmates should be able to have the option for rehabilitation readily available. Life should be preserved.

Education Opportunities
All youth should have the opportunity to receive an education. We want to provide the option of schooling to further educate those who seek it.

Drug Policy
We are against the illegal usage of drugs. Medicinal drugs should only be used by doctor's prescription.

Equal Pay Between Gender
Regardless of gender, all individuals holding the same position should receive equal pay. This will hopefully reduce gender discrimination within the economy.

Veteran Work Policy
|
Home-bound Soldiers returning from war should have the advantage of being able to be employed with a well paying job.
